That’s why our take-and-bake biscuits are prepared fresh, then quickly frozen , and ready to bake whenever the moment calls for it—whether it’s a relaxed weekend breakfast, a holiday gathering, or a quick weeknight comfort meal.
You’ll find us connecting directly with our community through pre-orders for local pickup and at pop-up events like farmers markets, where we love meeting our customers face-to-face. Many of our customers are local families like ours: people who appreciate simple, delicious food made with care and who enjoy bringing a little extra warmth to their table.

MEET OUR TEAM
Biscuits have been a staple of our weekend breakfasts for years. Both Karmann and Michael work in corporate project management, but outside of the office, we share a love for cooking and baking together. We’re always trying new recipes, and when our kids really love something, it quickly becomes a staple in our kitchen. Biscuits were one of those recipes. Michael, an avid baker, enjoys refining recipes and techniques until everything comes together just right. In 2025, we entered his biscuits in the North Carolina State Fair—and his original buttermilk recipe won the blue ribbon!
That win convinced us to share his recipes more widely, and we can’t wait for them to be enjoyed in your home, too!
